We are looking for a Global Senior Brand & Graphic Designer to work under the Global Brand Director. This individual will manage a team of freelance content creators in our most important markets. The role involves generating high-quality content, including acquisition creatives and motion graphics videos, to add value for our clubs and players around our key markets. The ideal candidate will possess strategic insight, leadership skills, and expertise in graphic design, video production, and team management.   • Develop Engaging Designs: Create compelling visuals and video content to enhance brand presence and user engagement.
  • Ensure Compliance with Corporate Design Guidelines: Maintain brand consistency across all materials.
  • Integrate Current Design Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
  • Collaborate with Digital Advertising & Campaigns Team: Work closely with the advertising team to produce effective campaign materials.
  • Strengthen Visual Identity: Continuously develop and refine our visual brand identity.
  • Support Across Departments: Provide design support to various departments, aiding growth in markets, clubs, and player numbers.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate a team of freelance content creators, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and execute branding and design strategies to foster international growth.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize measurement tools to assess the effectiveness of design campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication with freelancers and internal departments to meet design requirements.
  • Continuous Development: Enhance digital designs and stay abreast of advancements in design tools and methodologies.


πŸ¦„ Our Ideal "Player"

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, or able to work from the HQ frequently.
  • Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is mandatory. Knowledge of Italian, Portuguese, or Dutch is highly valued.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage others, especially leading external consultants
  • Content Creation Expertise: Strong background in graphic design, video production, and motion graphics.
  • Tool Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Figma, Miro, and other relevant design tools.
  • Strategic Mindset: Capable of developing and executing brand and design strategies.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to use measurement tools to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Passion for Sports: Interest in racket sports, especially padel, is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience design or content management roles.
  • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing design and video production skills.
  • Experience in working with motion graphics and AI-driven content creation tools.
