🎯 Your mission

We are looking for a padel-loving Customer Success Specialist based in Mexico to become part of our Supply team, working directly with sports clubs. As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships between sports clubs and Playtomic. If you are someone who has a tremendous amount of energy, curiosity and is persuasive… this is the role for you!
This role is fully remote with the option to work from our offices in Guadalajara. You must have some knowledge of or experience playing padel.


👩🏽‍💻 What you’ll be doing

  1. Create long-term relationships with our top partners through proactive and regular communication, supporting in everything they need and building engagement to our platform. This includes weekly and monthly business reviews and face-to face meetings.
  2. Improve operational performance of our partners making sure we always deliver the best service to our players while increasing Playtomic’s revenue
  3. Onboard new partners to our platform by providing them with all the information and tools they need to start working.
  4. Reduce partner churn by maintaining a very close relationship and being their preferred partner.
  5. Identify and analyze the needs of churned and inactive partners in order to build an action plan for reactivation


👥 Who you’ll be playing with

You'll working with another Customer Success Specialist in Mexico and reporting to a Customer Success Team Lead.


🦄 Our Ideal "Player"

  1. 1-3 years of work experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Customer Success roles
  2. Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets is a must
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Problem solver, highly organized and detail oriented
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth and high-performance organization
  6. Fluency in Spanish and English
  7. Familiarity with padel and the U.S. Market
  8. Located in Mexico - Guadalajara or Monterrey preferred
