🎯 Your mission
We are seeking an ambitious Controlling Director to oversee all aspects of financial management, accounting, and treasury within the organization. This position demands a strong financial acumen, business sense, strategic thinking, and the ability to provide accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making for the senior leadership team. The Controlling Director will collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the achievement of organizational objectives.
👩🏽💻 What you’ll be doing
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads and senior management, providing insights to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and optimize cash management strategies to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs and investment opportunities.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and mitigating financial risks.
- Coordinate audits with external auditors and regulatory agencies, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuously evaluate financial processes and systems to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, automation, and enhancement of financial reporting capabilities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the controlling team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
- Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

🦄 Our Ideal "Player"
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Extensive experience in financial management, accounting, and reporting, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving results.
- Proficiency in financial management systems and software, as well as Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
