🎯 Your mission

As a B2B CRM Specialist, you will focus on creating, implementing and optimizing CRM strategies that help drive engagement, retention, and growth among our partner clubs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage lifecycle campaigns, develop communication strategies, and leverage data to ensure our clubs get the most out of Playtomic. Your role will be crucial in supporting clubs as they adopt and grow with our SaaS platform, enhancing their experience and ensuring long-term partnerships.



👩🏽‍💻 What you’ll be doing

  • Lifecycle campaign management: Design, execute and optimize CRM campaigns to support clubs throughout their lifecycle—from onboarding and activation to ongoing engagement and retention.
  • Segmentation and targeting: Leverage club data to create precise audience segments and develop tailored communication strategies to meet their unique needs.
  • Campaign analysis and reporting: Track and analyze CRM campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Cross-Functional collaboration: Work with Acquisition, Customer Success, Product and Regional teams to align communication strategies with business objectives and product updates.
  • Content development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling emails, in-app messages and other CRM materials to enhance club experience and drive product adoption.
  • Onboarding support: Partner with the Club Success team to design and execute onboarding flows that help clubs get started with Playtomic Manager quickly and effectively.
  • Retention initiatives: Implement loyalty programs, engagement strategies and educational content to maximize the value clubs derive from our platform and ensure their long-term success.
  • Product updates communication: Assist in developing communication plans to inform clubs of new SaaS features updates and improvements.
  • Process optimization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM workflows and ensure Playtomic’s CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, Braze) are being used effectively. 



🦄 Our Ideal "Player"

  • 2-3 years of experience in a CRM, customer engagement, or lifecycle marketing role, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Braze Certification and/or familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Passionate about understanding and addressing customer needs, with experience in developing customer-focused communication strategies.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring a high level of attention to detail.
  • A strong communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver results.
  • A go-getter with a hands-on approach and a drive to improve processes and deliver outstanding results.
  • Extra Points:
    • Located in Barcelona or Madrid.
    • Passion for racket sports or familiarity with the padel/tennis industry.
    • Experience working with SaaS platforms or a strong interest in technology.
