🎯 Your mission

We are looking for a Head of Acquisition to become part of our Global Supply (Clubs) team. This role is responsible for acquiring and onboarding clubs in the Playtomic ecosystem across the world. We are looking for an ambitious and strategic leader that will help us scale our marketplace to the next level.


👩🏽‍💻 What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute a visionary long-term strategy to drive efficient acquisition at Playtomic.
  • Lead a global team of 3-5 professionals, defining the strategy and targets per country/ region.
  • Establish and optimize processes to maximize performance across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Optimize the lead generation process, increasing conversion rates and introducing sales automation processes by, for example, executing A/B tests with landing pages
  • Partner with the CRM (Hubspot) specialist and Project Supply manager to define, prioritize and implement the roadmaps that can help maximize the acquisition performance.
  • Partner with the Regional Managers to ensure the strategies for each country are aligned and are bringing the outcomes desired.
  • Be responsible for the B2B Acquisition budget: control and optimize the budget spent on performance marketing campaigns, SEO, club events.. making sure it is efficiently spent
  • Define and analyze key insights from business drivers, trends and operating metrics to implement the best strategies for each market.


🦄 Our Ideal "Player"

  • +6 years of work experience in Sales/ Acquisition,preferably in a marketplace
  • Proficiency in Performance Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in team management
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Expertise with a CRM tools, preferably Hubspot
  • Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a must.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, etc. is a plus.
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
  • Energetic, good vibes and curious attitude is a must
  • Extra Points: Located in Madrid
