🎯 Your mission
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Business Intelligence (BI) to lead our BI team at Playtomic. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies that drive business growth and enhance decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights that support our objectives.
👥 Who you’ll be playing with
You will collaborate with various teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment on data initiatives.
👩🏽💻 What you’ll be doing
- Lead the development and execution of the BI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts and data scientists to optimize performance and deliver high-quality insights.
- Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reporting systems to provide stakeholders with timely insights.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with Data and Product teams to ensure data integrity and governance practices are upheld.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🦄 Our Ideal "Player"
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles, preferably in a tech or digital environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing BI teams.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to diverse audiences.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
