🎯 Your mission

We're looking for a top-class Product Data Analyst to join our Payments & Compliance Tribe. You will transform data into insights that drive product decisions and improve user experiences. You will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying trends, evaluating the impact of product changes, and supporting data-driven decision-making across product teams. This role requires analytical rigor, effective communication, and a deep understanding of product data.

👩🏽‍💻 What you’ll be doing

  • Design and implement event tracking to capture user interactions and behavior within the product.
  • Analyze user data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Design and implement experiments to measure the impact of product changes on key metrics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track product performance and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with data engineers and analytics engineers to co-create data products
  • Conduct funnel analysis to understand user flows and identify points of friction.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of product initiatives on different markets.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product improvement and feature development.

🦄 Our Ideal "Player"

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role. More than 1 year of working experience in product analytics. Ideally in a Payments, Finance or Fraud Prevention.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python or R.
  • Understanding of experimentation (A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing).
  • Familiarity with event-based analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning and data engineering concepts.
  • Good communication and presentation skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.


🚀 Extra points:

  • Past experience working with data coming from Payments providers like Stripe or Checkout.
  • Cloud computing working experience such as AWS Redshift, or Google Big Query.
  • Basic knowledge of dbt, airflow, or other data pipeline tools.
  • Experience with predictive modeling (MMM, Forecasting, NN).
  • Living in Madrid or Barcelona, Spain.
