🎯 Your mission
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be the key player in driving the success of Playtomic’s offerings, with a strong focus on our B2B solutions for Clubs (80%) while also supporting initiatives for Players (20%). You will own go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer insights to ensure our products resonate with our audience and drive adoption. Your role will be instrumental in aligning product, marketing, and commercial teams to maximize business impact.
👩🏽‍💻 What you’ll be doing
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting directly to the Global Marketing & Growth Director. As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Playtomic’s B2B products for Clubs, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
- Owning product positioning and messaging to differentiate Playtomic’s offerings in a competitive market.
- Driving product adoption through impactful marketing campaigns, feature launches, and customer education initiatives.
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies.
- Leading qualitative research efforts, including customer interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to uncover deep insights that drive product and marketing decisions.
- Working closely with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and value proposition for Clubs.
- Collaborating with the CRM and Brand teams to craft compelling narratives that drive engagement and retention.
- Creating sales enablement materials, including product one-pagers, pitch decks, and training sessions for internal teams.
- Measuring and optimizing campaign performance through data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, advocating for Clubs’ needs and translating feedback into actionable business recommendations.
🦄 Our Ideal "Player"
- Is available to work from Playtomic HQ offices (located in Madrid) 1x month.
- Has proven experience in a senior-level Product Marketing or Growth Marketing role, preferably in a B2B tech, SaaS, or marketplace environment.
- Has a strong track record of launching and scaling B2B products with data-driven decision-making.
- Experienced in gathering insights through qualitative research methods, including customer interviews and user research.
- A strategic thinker with excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Has experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for leveraging data to drive decisions.
- User-focused, always keeping customer needs at the center of strategy.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
