🎯 Your mission
We are looking for a Sales Representative, based in Malmö, Stockholm or surrounding areas. You will be a key representative of Playtomic’s Acquisition Team, responsible for building connections and developing relationships to grow our business by signing up new clubs for Playtomic in the region.
As a part of the Acquisition team, you will be directly responsible for partnering with clubs to display them on our Playtomic App. From market research and finding interesting prospects, to identifying decision-makers and finally closing the deal. You will work with the support of a sales (Acquisition) team and a local Country Manager.
This role will have a mix of in-(home) office and field days to balance togetherness, work flexibility and great customer engagement.
👩🏽‍💻 What you’ll be doing
- Market research: Proactively identify new potential clients (padel clubs) in Sweden, starting in Malmö and other surrounding areas, but moving later to other regions.
- Prospection: Proactive business development, calling and visiting new clubs, with the tenacity to succeed even when things get a little tough.
- Presentation and Sales: Compellingly present Playtomic's products and services to potential clients, guiding them through the sales process. ​​
- Negotiation and Closure: Manage negotiations with clients, negotiate favorable agreements, and successfully close sales.
- Improve sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques to enhance our sales processes.
- Support Playtomic’s presence at events and tournaments
🦄 Our Ideal "Player"
- Location: Malmö, Stockholm or surrounding areas.
- Racket sports lover, with deep knowledge about the racket sports/padel industry, especially in Sweden.
- A genuine motivation to contribute to our mission.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive or similar role.
- Confident in cold-calling, demonstrating the resilience and motivation to achieve high call volumes.
- Ownership Mentality and self-motivation. Proactive self-starters who take accountability for their performance, effectively manage workloads, and communicate transparently with their managers.
- First class communication and negotiations skills - from listening to presenting ideas and persuading.
- Experience with CRM software (preferably Hubspot)
- Driving license and ability to use a private car for business meetings would be a plus
- Swedish Native, high level of English
