🎯 Your mission
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be leading a new cross platform product line to strengthen our value proposition for Clubs 🎾 (including SaaS and App).
You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product success and enhance our value proposition. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our Playtomic Clubs with their Academy programs.
👩🏽💻 What you’ll be doing
- Enhance Academy's value proposition for clubs, both in SaaS and app.
- Using data to define outcomes, create metrics trees, define and size problems, prioritize, and measure results. Continuously monitor product performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven improvements to optimise user experience and drive growth.
- Conduct thorough market research and gather user insights to inform product decisions. Analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines priorities and timelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, or business, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

- Solid experience as a Product Manager in digital products (SaaS and app experience). Proven track record of driving impactful product outcomes, backed by data-driven insights.
- Familiar with A/B testing or other multivariate testing.
- Great stakeholder management with the ability to lead workshops for collaborative decision making.
- A go-getter who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and dives into a project to achieve success by problem-solving.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- User-focused individual who keeps the customer at the heart of everything we do.
- Have an analytical mindset based on product decision-making optimisation and data.
- Ability to lead projects working with multiple areas (Design, IT, Legal, Marketing...).
- Fluent in spoken and written English to be able to communicate with the international team.
- Ability to drive change and challenge the status quo.
- Innovativeness, with the capacity to think and act boldly.
