We're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People team! In this role, you'll be instrumental in finding and attracting top talent to help us achieve our ambitious goals. You'll be a key player in sourcing, screening, and onboarding exceptional candidates who align with our company culture and values.
👥 Who you’ll be playing with
You'll be an integral member of a five-person team, directly reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
👩🏽💻 What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment tech & product profiles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

- Experience working with remote and partially remote and multicultural teams.
- Located in Madrid
- Previous experience in scale-up companies, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities associated with rapid growth.
